At times it can feel like there are rules to grief such as when it is okay to show your pain, your grief. Yet, there isn’t. You might experience more intense grief because it is the holidays, a special day, or simply a Tuesday. There may have been something that reminds you of your loved one or there may not. So, instead of fighting it when it comes, give yourself permission to grieve and to feel all the emotions connected to grief.
