When grieving, it can be easy to forget about small but important things like eating, taking a shower, changing clothes, etc. Grief has a way of clouding everything and making it hard to remember. So, make a promise to yourself for 2018 and focus on yourself and the things that will make it easier to handle the big emotions of grief.
