People tend to be so afraid of saying the name of the person who died. It is as though they think that bringing up the name of the griever’s loved one would somehow upset them more. It is as though others do not think the person grieving already is thinking about their loved one. Due to this, people avoid talking about the deceased. This leaves it up to the person grieving to bring up their name in conversation. Guess what? The person who died deserves to have people talk about them. They deserve to be remembered. It is okay to talk about them. If others won’t talk about them, you do it.
